At Creekview we strive to be an inclusive and diverse community who value each other and work together to maintain a beautiful home in the heart of Vancouver.

Our current housing priorities at Creekview Co-op are:
• Low to middle income families
•Young families and/or single parent families with two children.
•Families or couples who self-identify as being from a marginalized group, including (but not limited to): LGBTQ2+; BIPOC (Black, Indigenous or Person-of-colour); neurodivergent.

Applicants should be aware that when housing does become available at Creekview it is usually two bedroom units. Although availability of one and three bedroom units is not impossible, it is exceedingly rare.

3 bedroom unit - $92,720
